Hello, Katherine here, sharing my first live video on Substack, or rather my second because I accidentally deleted the first one before I could post it (oops!).

In true midlife, ADHD, impatient, impulsive style, I just recorded the live, rather than planning it or researching how to do it, and while it’s far from perfect, I’m posting it anyway, because I’m on a journey to become more visible, to use my voice and to overcome the perfectionism, procrastination and fear of getting it wrong that keep me stuck and prevent me from stepping into my power as a passionate, creative midlife woman with plenty to say.
